“Extremely clean and well maintained. It has old house quirks and charms but this place was built extremely well and restored very lovingly. I was marveling at the original glass and woodwork. Chesaning is a quiet little town so staying in their downtown was pretty peaceful at night. There’s parking on-site which is convenient. We stayed in the Thomas Levi room which has two queen beds and yes - a jetted tub in the room, even though there’s a full bathroom en suite - and it was very comfortable. Stone House Inn is not a bed and breakfast, meaning they are not going to serve you breakfast, but there’s snacks and coffee and some small breakfasty items in the kitchen.”
“Beautiful cozy inn. My sister booked a room as her bridal suite and it had a huge bathtub in the room, large tv, and the staff was thrilled to have newlyweds. They even left a bottle of champagne in the room. It did not seem wheelchair friendly though, and the staircases were quite narrow and steep because of the age of the building.”
“Wonderful place to stay. Clean, beautifully furnished, excellent service. Denise and Annette were both helpful and friendly. Will definitely go again. Not handicap accessible, so be sure you can handle steps.”
